How It Works1. Reach out — DM me here, hop in my Discord, or email through my site. Describe your server in your own words; I’ll ask follow-up questions to fill in the gaps.
1. Scoping doc & quote — for anything non-trivial I’ll send back a short scoping document covering the plugin stack, configs, permissions structure, and any network architecture, plus a fixed quote and a rough timeline. We adjust until it matches what you actually need.
1. Payment & build — setups built in my own environment are 50% up front, with the remaining 50% due before delivery; work performed live on your machine or hosting (configuration, optimization, on-server builds) is paid in full before work begins. Everything is fully refundable until work actually starts. Either way, I keep you in the loop with progress notes; you don’t go dark for two weeks wondering what’s happening.
1. Test & deliver — you get the full setup, documentation, and a quick handover walking you through everything that was configured and why.
1. Post-delivery support — fixes for issues within the original scope are free: 45 days for full server setups, 7 days for configuration, optimization, and proxy work. New features, additional configuration, and fixes outside the support window are subject to a separate quote.
