Hello,
When making a hosting company you should never lie on your website. You state that you have 24/7 support but when I went onto the website you can clearly see that there is no support online.

A company doesn’t need to offer live chat at all times for it to be 24/7 support. As long as you can submit tickets at any time or have some way of contacting the company it’s 24/7 support. They also have a discord server I see which can also be considered 24/7 support as its likely someone can help there as well.

I’m not out to side with this host. Just bothers me when people say things like this. That same goes for when people confuse what reselling really means...but that’s not really related to this.
