This may be off-topic and I would hate to deter any staff here, however I believe this needs to be said.

MC-Central (mccentral.org) is a huge Minecraft network that will have round-about ways to getting the name, whether they do that or not is another matter. I see people all the time making networks and servers that are similar to current ones - they won't work!

I think you should choose a new name for your network, because if you get too big, the real MC-Central might deem you as a threat.

Now i'd like to ask. You are asking a lot for a (youngest) 14 year old and you are asking for a lot from them. Are you paying these staff members? From this pitch it seems heavily professional. Also you are stating you're a registered business, correct? I would think that legally we must have a contract which says you must be at least 18 years old to sign for.

I'm very understanding when it comes to people, and I'm very understanding to all of them when it comes to their age, I understand everyone's outlook on a problem, and I believe because of that I could explain to anyone what they did wrong and why that was a poor decision. I can also tell them what they can do next time to prevent them from doing it again. Even if it's helping the community with simple questions or everyday problems. I also believe I could help make the chat of the server more friendly to everyone so that the younger audience wouldn't have to worry about inappropriate material. I believe in fair treatment to all players, regardless of their age or experience. Why have you decided to apply? (In Detail): I decided to apply because I want to show everyone that even your not that experienced you can't be accepted, I don't believe in that you should believe on yourself not by your experienced, Based on my experienced I was so tough to be accepted specially on this kind of server that is famous and very decent.I believe that I have what it takes to be a successful staff member.I want to show them my experienced and how it works. I've been a staff four times for almost a year now, i would like to join the team because of one reason all of my knowledge about moderating and administrating i want to share all of them to the team but it's not enough if we had unity to ourselves we can succeed, we cannot be a team if someone is not cooperating and we should not be selfish too we should accept everyone's cooperation and that's the team we called.Argument is the most common problem in the team as a player to prevent it i always balance my relations to them and respect what they decide for others, .I'm mature enough to be a staff i'm not here to became famous and powerful i'm here to help the server for its brighter future, i will be the shield and justice of this server, yes i'm 14 years old and since i'am 13 years old i already understand how the server works, what administrators and moderators do, i really understand all of it, it's really hard to picked a staff who is trustfull because if someone promoted to staff we don't know what will they do to the server they maybe hack the server, ban all players and abuse staff, for me all of those are for immature people who really don't care anything about their surroundings.

(Explain in Detail): Yes, I have been only been staff on three servers I have been a staff member in a server called Stealth Bro's server, I was a CoOwner of that server since I'm closed to the Owner We made the server very successful and finished it very confident.

I was also a Head-Mod on a server called MythicalHfc I was very active and very respectful to one another, We Finished it very successful too.They Accepted me because they My Application was very long and professional.Another server was MineCave it has 30+ players daily but very successful.Its also awesome when it comes to prison server because it has a awesome pvp arena and i bet you the staff members are very active.That's was all based by my past experience.

Anything else you would like to tell us?:Three Qualities that I possess are: Honesty, Responsibility and Fairness.

These qualities have helped me a lot in life. These 3 qualities make a Helper the real Helper that everyone loves. Honesty to owners, staff and players is expected of all Helpers.

Honesty means not to lie, to tell the honest truth. Lying may get you out of situations but it's not the right thing to do. If you are a Helper, you should never lie, Helpers don't lie. You should always tell the truth to others and not make the situation “one sided” This will cause hate towards you and the server is online to have fun. My intention is not to have players hate how I resolve situations. That is why I will make the situations fair and accurate.

Responsibility is another important quality. When you are being responsible you are answering all of the players questions. When you answer them you answer them in a correct manner. You are responsible when you keep your time up in-game and in the forums. Responsibility makes everyone the right person they want to be. Responsibility includes having positive posts telling the truth etc. Being a responsible Helper can say a lot about who you are.

Fairness, this is the most important quality each staff member should have. Being a fair staff member impacts the way people think of you and how they react to you. For an example if you are mean, people are mean to you. If you are nice to others, people are nice back to you. Being a nice staff member is very important it makes every player feel liked and not hated. Have you ever heard the Saying “Treat Others the way you wish to be treated” If so, this is a saying I lived since I was a little boy. This saying 100% correct in my book. I treat every player as if I was them. So I always consider if I was this player. How would I feel about this situation? How would I feel after this situation towards this person. I always think about those “key features” Before I even begin talking with the player.I believe I have many things to offer to you as a member of your staff team. I am hardworking and persistent. As a factions’ player, I had just come fresh from a SMP server and I had no idea how factions really worked, so I began to build bases made of birch wood. If you have any factions experience at all, you would know that the only way to stay safe is to have an obsidian box surrounded in walls. I came back every day to find my base blown up, but I ALWAYS repaired it, proving my dedication to something so simple.

I treat everyone as an equal. In fact, one of my favourite quotes by Albert Einstein; “I speak to everyone in the same way, whether he is the garbage man or the president of the university.” ― Albert Einstein is perfect in this situation. Many players on the server, I have noticed, are below my age. I am not one of the staff who treats other players differently due to their age. I believe that age is just a number and that someone who's 11 could be just as mature as someone who is 16 or 17. I treat younger players with as much respect as I do the elder, because they are still players and they deserve respect regardless. I believe I can be a role model for the players of the server, as this position outlines. I do not curse, or disrespect anyone, and haven't been banned, muted or warned as I believe all players desiring to become a staff member should a ready be demonstrating positive behaviours.

I spoke to an old friend and we got onto the topic of staffing, and I said I was applying for this position. He had been banned from this server because he had his hacks on and was using it to get an unfair advantage. He asked me that should I receive this position, would I attempt at getting him unbanned. It was a hard decision to make, because I do value him as a friend and person but I told him that No, should I become staff here I would not unban him because I believe that hacking is wrong. I know the feeling when you’re killed by a hacker. You feel cheated and hurt and quite upset at the game in general. I told him this and explained that he should make his own ban appeal and not try to manipulate me as I did not agree with what he had done. Moral of the story, when it comes to holding a staff position, friendships are irrelevant. If your friend is in the wrong, then you should not abuse your powers as a staff to Unban them. I desire to help maintain the stable, safe and fun community this has to offer to all of us.

I would like the opportunity to help the newer players. Sometimes joining a new server, especially one with so many planets like this can be disorientating if you haven’t had previous experience with the server. It seems silly that the helper “Title” should affect my ability to help these newer players, but as a high ranking player even, you are limited with how much people will listen to you. Holding a place in the staff team would increase my ability to help players who are in this position as new players to a higher degree.! Simple acts like these can really change a player’s outlook on the game and server as a whole.

I believe strongly in relationship networking. No, I’m not talking about lovey relationships, I’m talking about bonds with other staff on the team and players on the server. I have already started building bonds with some of the staff on the server, not to “suck up to them” or anything of the like, simply because in the 21st century relationship networking is a necessary skill and I was curious if it applied to the server too. I have befriended multiple staff members through a common interest and I believe this demonstrates my likeability and my understanding of the staff in general. I know that I can count on those staff to answer my questions and I believe that if I became staff, I could establish these kinds of relationships with the players as well.

I understand that becoming a staff member is a big step and one that should not be taken lightly. If I do receive this position I promise to do my best in helping the players of the server, because that is what I have chosen to dedicate myself to. I swear to do my best at any challenge or issue that is thrown my way and I know that I can do this to the required standard as I have done it before.

The rules of the Mythical server. These play a big part in becoming a staff member, because if not followed correctly, you could see yourself being demoted. I am pleased to say that I have followed all of the rules on my time here and know most of them pretty well, something I’m sure is sought after in staff members and something I expect you ask about in interviews. I am aware of these rules and I try to make sure that players follow them accordingly, without overstepping any boundaries.

I demonstrate good problem solving skills. This is necessary and is an unspoken guideline when applying to be staff on any server, as a staff member would be useless without these skills. I believe when dealing with a situation in-game, if it is between two players, getting both sides of the story is necessary. If I were to ask a player who was disrespecting another and he said “She called me an Idiot!” and I went to the other player who had said this who said that he had said something first, however it does not make either of them in the right, it does make the situation clearer and easier to deal with. Knowing both sides of the problem, if it is chat related, is an important skill I believe all staff and applicants should possess. Another problem solving skill I believe is vital is the ability to record players who are using “Hacked clients” or such. The ability to take real-time video evidence of these players is a necessary tool. Hacking players are not just going to stop hacking when you tell them to, and if you want them to be punished accordingly, video proof is required for the ban to be considered. This is why I always have OBS ready to record.

Staffing is as much about getting to know the community as it is helping the players on the server. I understand that becoming a staff member does mean your play time can be limited, but I believe there is a balance that is achievable and that you can help in game too. To be considered for staff on such a prestigious server would be a dream come true, not only because I’d be able to help the players but because of all the new people I would have the opportunity to meet. As a player, without a rank, you are generally looked down on by the “Donors” and this can impact the friendships you can make on the server. As a staff member, not only would I get the chance to play and talk to these players but also get to know you, the staff team. I like to call myself an online social butterfly, meaning I enjoy meeting and talking to new people and staffing is a sure-fire way to meet unforgettable friends.

I Am an educated person and capable of being trusted, being a liar means destroying myself i'm not a fool who destroys someone's trust only people care about themselves do that.

Like i said i want to be staff because i care about the others i'm not here to became famous and idolized, all of their smile and laugh i don't want it faded away.

I have decided to apply because I would like to start to staff again on servers. This server looks very professional and I see myself being able to work here. I would also like to help around a server again. I find it very fun to play on servers and staff on them and help the players around me. Yes, I have many experiences with server ranging from 50 to 100 players daily. I managed a network for a while posting events, picking staff members, enforcing rules, creating rules and more. I also helped people in-game and dealing with arguments players may have had. I have watched hackers and banned them from the server. I have no issue punishing players right even if they are my close friends. I also know what a rule break is and I know how to enforce it.
