BananaCove Staff Applications – Now Open! Opened by Smumkey a minecraft content creator 
BananaCove is growing, and with our official server launch on 12/20/2025, we’re looking for dedicated and friendly staff members to help us start strong and keep our community fun, safe, and welcoming from day one!
Positions OpenWe are currently recruiting:
Moderators – Monitor chat, assist players, and enforce rules
Helpers – Answer questions, guide new players, and support staff
Developers (optional) – Assist with plugins, features, and server improvements ( PAID for commissions and when the server grows ) 
Builders (optional) – Help design spawn, events, and themed areas ( PAID for commissions and when the server grows ) (Roles may expand as the server grows.)
What We’re Looking ForActive and mature players
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Knowledge of Minecraft server rules & mechanics
Willingness to help the community
Ability to work well with a team
RequirementsMust be active on the server

No history of serious punishments
