I talked to Mick in SB and he said I could make this post, even though it would most likely not be accepted.
As you most likely know, Mick and MCM recently bought out the #2 MC Marketplace named MCSell.. A lot of members there were only there because you could buy and sell alts there (I build a whole business off it, and the sale really hurt) I think we should add back the sale of minecraft accounts that aren't OG.
Now I know there was reasons for the removal, such as they may be taken back or removed by the original owner and a false scam report is opened, or they could lie and say it was taken back while they took it back. I myself understand these concerns as I too have been scammed by many alt sellers (Super Alts and more).
Many of these concerns have a fairly simple fix, and I intend to give my best ideas for this. Number 1, non-full access'es (NFA) are known for their short term lifespan, the best fix to stopping issues with this is: The user who sells the Alt may or may not provide a warranty, if they do not provide a warranty then they have no obligations to refund accounts or money, and a scam report can NOT be made. While if the user has a warranty then they must refund the alts or replace them as long as it's within the warranty. Semi-full access and full access both can be "disputed" and the account taken away, Minecraft Market should simply state that there is no protection unless the user can prove that the account did not work on purchase, and if the seller can prove it did (IE, screenshot or video before sending of it working) then the scam report would be voided and so would any Minecraft Market related warranty. All scam reports for FA and SFA must be made within an hour of the purchase. Generally the rules for the replacements and refunds of alts will be made by the seller and made public, and only of they don't follow those rules is a scam report a viable option.
Minecraft alts has made a lot of my friends thousands of dollars, and provides many people with accounts. This is a huge market in minecraft and MCM is really missing out on it. I understand there are complications but it was a major selling point of MCSell and if you really want the bulk of the people to come over, you should re-allow the selling of alts.
If you have any other concerns that I did not cover, please make a reply and I will try and come up with a solution.
Thanks for reading, and I hope you take this into consideration,
Much support, Alontrle.
Edit:
Thanks to Hefty for the idea, we could limit it to supreme users, or really high reputation users.

I left MCM to MCSell because of the fact that MCSell allowed me to buy and sell alts, I use alts to stress test servers, and my own fun sometimes. They can also be used for good, like my staff members who are a respected admin+ and have full permissions and would like to play, or they are used by people to test their staff. Anything can be used for good and bad, and everything can be scammed or legit. I personally hope you add back the selling of alts as it is a major selling point. I also talked to Ex-Admin BadNode and anyone concerned Mojang may threaten MC-Market for selling alts can be releaved. After talking to BadNode he told me they never once were asked by mojang to remove them.
