I think every public or private minecraft server needs a discord, for staff to work together, players to chat and to make friends.

For discord bots, I know I see this around often, but are you hosting the bots? are they custom? or are they just a random bot from the internet like Mee6 and you just add it and config it?

So you are charging $2 to add a bot? I think you can charge $0.50 or nothing. You are nick clicking a few things and then that's it.

Maybe for mee6 you can charge $1 because it needs to be configured a little, but many bots are jack click a link, click the server you want to add, click add. That isn't $2 to do that, at least in my opinion.

Usually if you are doing this, you give it for free.

I would recommend redoing this and just say I will setup you discord fully for $2 or just say, I will setup your whole discord for a couch and pos rep. But good luck!

What are you really charging people for? A mere adequate discord setup of which they can do for free?

Discord is not hard, it only takes a few minutes of reading to know pretty much everything about roles, role hierarchy, permissions, and bots. And bot setups with mee6 and most other moderation bots are all GUI based, so it's user friendly.

My criticism is, if you're going to be charging for it, you should do something unique. Perhaps your own custom bot, that can only be used if they bought a setup from you, and you can re-use the bot on other setups you do. So you aren't hosting for only 1 discord.

Also, I own a 4,000 member discord, built up myself when I had discord for only a couple months at the time. I've changed the setup only to accompany for the large userbase, but if it hadn't grew so much I wouldn't have needed to do any more than the newbie steps. But you learn as you grow, and you adjust to the changes. So if I can do it, anybody can.

I recommend you re-think this through, and make something unique as I've said above, because at the moment it seems to be lacking, and quite bland.

Oh by the way, I don't recommend allowing everybody to upload files, embeds are more suitable, but I disallow both.
