Custom Practice Core Needed; Looking for Developer/s

Hi,

I am currently looking for a custom coded practice core with source code to be sold exclusively to me/my server.

If anyone is interested I am looking for these features:
  • Ranked/Unranked queues with ELO system, all basic modes, plus a few other modes.
  • Easy to configure queues, must be simple to add new queues/modes.
  • Configureable scoreboard and tablist.
  • Well made arena management. (Preferably done so multiple fights can occur on one arena at the same time).
  • High quality teamfight/partyfight, plus other HCF modes, with all HCF kits working. (Bard, Archer, Rouge, Paladin).
  • Easy to work with source code.
  • & More, which will be disclosed upon displaying interest in this project.

My budget is around $150-500USD, depending on the quality of the plugin.
