I can tell by the screenshot, plugin list, and website. Why would I pay 225 for this when I can make my own setup, with something unique to it for less than that price? There's nothing on your server that I can't find on any other faction server, the website is basic default Enjin, the builds aren't even good, and the plugins are free public ones that every server uses.
Love how the tps isn't a solid 20 since only 1 player is on... that shows either not enough ram or plugins are going against each other.
It probably doesn't have enough ram, I'm not trying to trash his sales or anything but this is one of those kids that think their server is worth a lot but really don't know what they are doing.

You defintly cannot judge whether the builds are good or not by just looking on the screenshot, because it covers only a fraction of the Server's public spaces.
While many things obviously are average on the Server, the overall experience is not, because it's the mixture of every aspect combined which creates the atmosphere of the whole gameplay.
Really, 0.01-0.02 ticks do bother you?? As I told before, everything works smoothly and fine, no error messages in the console, and certainly absolutely no laggs, no matter if there is 1 player online or there are 10 (the maximum amount yet).
You're pretty naive when you think crafting this Server was a thing of just a few minutes of simple work. There's more to a Server than just dropping all those plugin jar-files in the plugins folder and restart it. I configured all of them as precisely as possible, I had to solve countless errors, look for version compatibilty, test again and again. This is a process that cannot be finished in a few minutes or hours, it takes weeks until you get a Server completely bug-free and ready to launch, because when some bug is fixed, right after that another one occurs, and so on and so on. And there's much more to do besides the software-specific part. You habe to find a good hoster, set up MySQL, buy a domain, connect it to your Server's IP and Website, build a comprehensive Website, write many stuff, make the Voting and Donation System work, advertise the Server etc., and damn sure, that costs money.
I don't doubt that some experts are able to setup the whole thing (at least in a very primitive way) just like that in relatively quite a short time. But has everyone the knowledge to do so, especially people who are considering to buy a Server instead of making their own? Of course not, that's the whole point why they want to buy one in the first place. And also the reason why I am offering them mine, including the Website and Donation Store, including the Domain and everything else, since I can't afford it's retention any longer. And here's as well the argument I can make: Would you rather buy a proxy server setup which was made in one day by some skilled person which aims to make a fortune out of selling such things, but don't puts any real work, testing or elaborating in it, or don't you think it might be wiser to take a server which already has run for a couple of time and is proven to actually provide what it promises? And I believe we should let the people answer that question who are sincerely looking to buy such a Server, and not the people who call themselves minecraft-server-pundits (if that is a term at all) and pretend to know everything about ones work before they even once joined the Server or asked for more details. 'Cause I get the impression many of you here don't want to emit legit criticism, they just want to condescend on a new Forum Member for feeling kind of superior for a few seconds.
I already possessed my own Server back in 2012/2013. It had the same spawn, similar buildings, similar economy system, rank system and plugins, and guess what, it WAS successful, with up to 60 players being concurrently online at peak times. It's sad I couldn't repeat that success nowadays, but I still believe it is possible with that kind of Server. I unfortuately just havn't had enough time before running out of capital.
So finally: I've put a lot of investment into this Server, and I want to get as much out of it as possible for not coming into deficit at the end. The price clearly stated "negotiable", and I would be not very smart to begin the negotiation with the price I actually try to achieve ... just some random thoughts, you know.
Bro, before posting your thread, make sure you take a gander at other servers that are for sale/have been sold already and base your pricing off of the compared quality of builds/plugins/playerbase/donations (if applicable). You can't just post something amateur at best and expect $200+ for it. I understand you've put a lot of time and effort into the server, but that does not give it a pass to be self-appraised for this price.
I'd just like to see what bids I get, to sell it to the highest bidder. Again, 200€ ist just the negotiation basis. Will be probably a lot cheaper, but if I don't reach my price goal, I simply don't sell. If the applicant doesn't reach his/her price goal, he/she simply won't buy. That's business, and I have no problem with it. I just don't like people who question my integrity and posting false claims, because they may think in a very superficial way then they see an offer like this. I don't try to scam anyone, so they shouldn't post anything here which deviates from the facts and is based solely on their superficial assumptions.
I don't understand why some people even care about this thread if they aren't interested at all in getting a Factions Server ...
I arduously trying to sound polite and keep my courtesy, but those people are making it really hard sometimes.
I understand, but you need to realize that you are on a site where professionals sell their products for a living, and they know what things are worth, as they've been here for years and are very aware of the price range for most things. I urge you to browse the servers section of MCM for more information on how to price your server, I assure you that the stated price will get you nowhere, nor will any negotiations near the posted price.
