Doing small plugins

I'd like to make some small plugins just for fun and to get better at developing plugins. I apologize if I am unable to complete the plugin as I am just a beginner, but I will do my best to complete the plugins as fast as possible.

I need a plugin called StaffTroll and the commands i would like for it to have are small and they are.
/Troll Spin <name> - Spins player for 1min - Troll.Spin For The Perm To Be Added.
/Troll Lift <name> - Places player in air and drops them so they die - Troll.Lift For The Perm To Be Added.
/Troll Kill <name> - Kills Player 5 Times In A Row - Troll.Kill For The Perm To Be Added.
Troll Pumkin <name> - Adds a Pumkin On Players Head For 1min - Troll.Pumkin For The Perm To Be Added.

How it works..
Alright so you have a pickaxe which mines a area 3x3x3 along with a shovel. Its like an Infusion custom enchant, with the dependency of FactionsUDID so you cant shockwave into others territory.

Harvester Hoe.. When you farm sugarcane it goes directly into your inventory.

I need a plugin called AlphaKits and the commands i would like for it to have are small and they are.
/Kits <Kit name> - When the do /kits a kit menu with stained glass pops up and there is a starter kit that holds - A fishing Rod and 32 steak, And the other kit is Alpha and it gives Protection 1 Helmet, Chestplate,Leggings,Boots | Sharp 1 diamond sword with unbreaking 3 And a god apple.

so when they do /kits you want it to open up a "chest" with 2 stained glass and one has starter kit and the other has alpha?

Acutally, can you just make a plugin where when you do /claim it claims the chunk ur standing in.
Perms: Claim.(Amount)
and /trust
