Entire network build

I'm looking for someone to do a network build with several server modes. This will be highly customized build. All spawn build will be provided most generic plugins will be provided but will be needed to be configured if I haven't done the configs already will be provided but a few custom plugins with several custom GUIs will be needed. You may subcontract other people if needed to complete the job but will be your responsibility since this will be an exclusive build and no part, in whole or partial, can be use in any other build you do and you may not speak of any part of the build to give others insight of the project. Example, you may not disclose what plugins are used, configurations nor details to any schematics, etc.. Your subcontracted personnel if any will be under the same stipulations. A discord server will need to be designed with a custom bot finished(I designed a bot in python but can't get it to work properly and no time to finish). I'm willing to pay top fees to get this done. Take your time though, I want it done in detail not a rush job, it may take several month to even a year to get the whole network done, it all depends on how many hours you work on it and any problems that may arise.There will also be potential for long term developer status. I may also want banners and a website to be designed, I'm not sure yet.
