I have a very good amount of experience, Through these few years I gained a lot of trust from the players, and I gained confidence

The network was mainly HCF/Kitmap based « With a player base of 700 players

SecondLife was my third staff experience, During my time on it my job was to take care of support rooms and issues, I also worked with competent admin, My position wasn't that high enough to do everything by myself. I was a replacement for the Forum Thread Manager.
I was Mod on the server for eight months, however, Server got shut down due to owners' large inactivity, Server was reopened before three weeks but I don't feel coming back due to staff toxicity.
Overall great experience.

Ranks: Mod - Promoted to Mod+
The network was mainly HCF based « With a player base of 400+ players

SavageNetwork was one of my first staff experiences through this great experience. During my time on it, I was mentor to two helpers. Mainly helped them to maintain the chat from being flooded. I was verified to SS if needed, I had a great mentor that helped me remember all the required rules. I had Moderator duties I had to do such as maintain the forum resources/threads. The reason for my promotion was my activity and support I provided through TeamSpeak. I was assigned new duties as I mentored one helper. Great time talking to players and staff members, met some good friends I am still in contact with.
Overall great experience in a short period of four months as being Mod+

Ranks: Sr.Mod
The network merged with existing SavageNetwork, practice/kitmap based « With a player base of 500 players​

DiamondNetwork owner bought half SavageNetwork to help other owners maintain the network. I was asked to be a Sr.Mod as they already knew me, I was verified SS member so I took care of that along with other two helpers, I mainly worked in support rooms helping players with their requests/issues.
Overall the same experience as with SavageNetwork
