EULA Compliant Servers? (Help Create a List)

As you all know, EULA compliant servers are few and far between. Many claim to be "EULA compliant" then have /fly, /kit, /god, etc as donor perks. It's really getting old. I know why they do it so don't bother explaining it.

EULA Compliant means the server does not allow players to buy or "donate for" any perks that give unfair advantages over other players on servers that offer competitive features (like /baltop, /mctop, leaderboards, PvP, griefing/raiding, events with winners, etc). Read full details here:

I'm sure many of you have had trouble finding EULA compliant servers as well. And I have yet to find a list of only EULA compliant servers. So let's create our own.

If you know of EULA compliant servers please provide the following to have them added to the list:
- Server IP
- Server Website
- Server Version (such as 1.8 or 1.12.2)
- Server Gamemode(s)

Before posting a server, please make sure it has not already been posted.

Also if you notice any dead servers or servers that aren't EULA compliant anymore in this list, please let me know!

They sell kits and crates and all sorts of stuff that gives advantages. Typically EULA compliant servers are only able to do cosmetic stuff

They can sell things in the store but other players which did not pay must be able to get the items that were purchased. The way Comsic PvP got away with this was by making it so ranks are not straight up give to the player you must kill a certain mob to receive the rank and the coordinates of that mob are broadcasted.
