I am the owner and pride myself on not allowing ANY pay to win.
No currency purchases, no kits, no custom cash-only items.
EVERY PENNY goes back into the server. I DO NOT profit AT ALL.
Only ranks and we're considering some basic cosmetics to try and help fund our server efforts.
We're launching a very large and expensive update in about 2-3 weeks.
Until then, quite honestly, we mainly just have the community going for us.

That's an excellent question. With our upcoming relaunch we will be adding a claim system so it could really go either way.

Queue Donor perk, it's arguable whether it's an unfair advantage, but I'll add it. I think for the most part people would agree it's fair.

2B2T is not EULA compliant. If you read carefuly the EULA TOS you will see that it allows server owners to sell access to their server only if it is a unique payment (lifetime) and you can not let non—paid players play on that server.
Sorry, perhaps I'm not fully understanding you. Could you explain how that's not EULA Compliant?
If ONLY paid players are allowed on a specific server, then there's no harm done, it's okay to pay to play (as long as everyone is paying) for it. It's not okay to pay to get special advantages.

I used to work on the server and the top guy was pretty focused on keeping it EULA compliant.
1) On 2B2T non-paid players can play with paid players, paid players just have to waitcheck less to join.
2) 2B2T sells non-lifetime priority access
