Isn't Hypixel and Mineplex EULA-compliant?

Anyway, why would anyone care whether you play on a EULA-compliant server or not? EULA is not enforced what so ever so who cares.
Yes they are both EULA compliant and are both already added to this list.

Some players prefer to play servers that are actually fair and don't allow buying your way to the top. Hence why this list exists. If you are not one of those players then this post is not for you.

I care and I really appreciate this post. Honestly it's so annoying, whenever I want to join a new server I look at their store and their top rank gives you a bunch of permissions and items that give the players an absolute advantage. Setting multiple homes, daily crates with diamond armor, tools, enchanted weapons, being able to fly, boosters and so on. It's not right in my opinion to have that kind of gap between players. I'll happily donate if I play on a server a lot.

I used to be admin on a towny server that had those "pay-to-win" donation rewards and I basically left for that reason. My younger brother and his friend who are 14 and have no way to send money legally over the internet completely fell behind other towns because those people all bought ranks and could fly around, have boosts to mine faster, get money fast, all that crap.[DOUBLEPOST=1563093250][/DOUBLEPOST]Btw, I just went through your list and a lot of the websites to the servers are not valid anymore (either because the server shut down or maybe they changed their domain, I don't know). The ones whose websites I couldn't access were Minecade (minigames), Fenrir (skyblock), Porkopolis (no grief survival), Squirrelworld (Vanilla). On top of that I couldn't see a store for Simplex, so no way of seeing whether or not they're EULA compliant. Maybe the owners of these servers could provide updated websites or say if their server is not active anymore. :)
Finally, I'm really not sure being able to set extra homes and claim more blocks is EULA compliant? Richcraft (other) offers that. To my understanding it's not EULA compliant but maybe I'm wrong.

Thanks for posting. :) However, I'm going to hold off on adding it until your website is complete so I can confirm for the donation shop. Many people have misconceptions about what is cosmetic and what isn't. So better to be safe than sorry. Let me know when the website is done please. :)
Cosmetics to me are trails, particles, tags, nicknames, pets, and other visual effects. No flying, no perks, nothing that affects gameplay or proves an unfair advantage. The store won't be up for a few months as I'm coding this project for fun.

Thanks for your post. I agree with your statements. :) I no longer play servers unless they are EULA compliant - and those are few and far between. And this is coming from one of the most P2W players in my past. :p

As for your last paragraph, thanks for letting me know I've looked into each site again and updated the list.

Hmm, okay I guess I'll add it. But if anyone has objections about it being added without the shop showing, I'll remove it.[DOUBLEPOST=1563468174][/DOUBLEPOST]
Brawl is pretty great, especially CTF

* IP: brawl.com
* Website: brawl.com
* Version: 1.8+
* Gamemodes: Minigames, CTF, Creative, Raid etc.
Apologies for the late reply. I guess I overlooked your message. Unfortunately it doesn't appear to be EULA compliant. It allows buying classes with real life money.

Eh I might as well list my little faction server. I spent a bunch on it and it's decent and we don't even have a buycraft so it has to be eula compliant lol.

IP: play.galaxyfactions.net
Website: http://galaxyfactions.net (there is a tab for store but it redirects to a 404 cause i havent had time to fix it)
Version: 1.7-1.12
Hmm, okay I'll add it for now. If in the future I notice the donor shop exists and has P2W stuff, I'll remove it.

So essentially not pay to win servers? Well good luck with finding those, Minecraft is just used to make an easy buck nowadays.

It is amusing some people think like that, because working one day at an IRL job pays you more than most servers will ever get in months. And it is guaranteed money. And adds to your resume... People trying to make money from Minecraft really need to rethink their plan unless they are like Hypixel big. Yes, there are successful servers but most servers aren't consistently profitable.

There are those of us that made servers because we want to bring an awesome experience to players, without insisting they pay money to be the "best" at the game.

I would suggest adding 2b2t to the server list. You have added hypixel which also sometimes has a queue that you must buy a rank to bypass, it's just not as long of a queue as 2b2t. The only thing on 2b2t's shop is priority queue and even then you do not join into the server immediately you still must wait about 5-40 mins depending on the day/time. This feature is EULA compliant and does not give an unfair advantage.

2b2t was brought up previously and removed because of the queue you stated.

Personally, I have played Hypixel for years and never once experienced being required to wait in a queue. Maybe it has to do with the fact of them having 90,000 slots open and it has never been (in my experience) full.

Personally I, and the one who has commented previously on this, would disagree as to whether it is EULA compliant or not. If you can join sooner that means you can play more which means you can get more stuff than someone who is completely free to play. HOWEVER, I will add it and take note that this is a feature. So the viewer can decide for themselves if they consider it EULA compliant or not.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Edit: I've added it!
