EULA Compliant Servers? (Help Create a List)

I'm pretty sure the boss is open for anyone on the server to kill, I think, haven't played in a while.

I used to work on the server and the top guy was pretty focused on keeping it EULA compliant.

Can't check website safely. Doesn't work on Microsoft Edge either. Please let me know if there's another way to check their Donor Shop. Thanks. I need to confirm before adding for people like ^ Rqman up there who claim servers are EULA Compliant and clearly aren't.

Thanks for the post, it was pointed out already that it's not EULA compliant though. Imo it's close enough, but the list is for EULA compliant only, so close enough won't cut it to be added to the list.

- Server Gamemode(s): 100% survival, semi-vanilla.
Observations: Currently in beta, it's a Portuguese server, dedicated to people that enjoy survival servers. There are no kits given to purchased ranks, or special permissions like fly. The server will later have a tebex/buycraft store, with cosmetic options from ProCosmetics plugin.

Thanks for posting. However, I'm going to hold off on adding it until your website is complete so I can confirm for the donation shop. Many people have misconceptions about what is cosmetic and what isn't. So better to be safe than sorry. Let me know when the website is done please.
