EULA Compliant Servers? (Help Create a List)

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but under my interpretation 2b2t could ONLY make this EULA compliant if EVERYONE had to pay for priority queue

Correct. So, if everyone were required to pay to enter the server that is EULA compliant. However, allowing players to get higher up on the queue so they don't have to wait as long (by paying IRL $) is where this conversation has disagreements as to whether it is or isn't compliant.[DOUBLEPOST=1586223330][/DOUBLEPOST]Tucker 0n. I should've done this from the beginning, apologies. I checked Hypixel donor perk list. If there was a feature in the past that allowed joining the server when full or being higher in a priority wait list while server was full, it no longer is there. Thus Hypixel is 100% EULA Compliant and not similar to 2b2t in that regard.
2b2t will be removed permanently from the list because of this unless you can quote directly from the EULA where it says it is allowed. As explained in previous messages, if a server charges EVERYONE for access to the server, that IS allowed. 2b2t allows everyone to access the server free, but allows donors to access it faster by being higher in the priority list. Thus they will be able to play faster than F2P players.
"So what?", you may ask. That allows them to get better gear and further along in the game because they can join faster and thus play longer. This is unfair to F2P players. Yes, it is WAY more fair than what most servers offer. However, we're not looking for "way more fair" we're looking for 100% EULA compliant servers.
We (those that check this list) appreciate you bringing up 2b2t though so we could clarify this! :tup:

I don't hate any server. Nor do I hold a grudge against those who violate EULA. I understand why people don't follow it, I myself did not follow it for my first year of owning a server. However, over time I grew to realize that no game or server that offers unfair advantages is worth playing if there is any competition against other players (pvp, /baltop, /mctop, etc) that you like to participate in.
Thus I refuse to play (or own) any game or server with pay to win features. With the exception of Wizard101- because that game is just too damn addicting.
Plus there is very little competition against other players in that game.
