Hey everyone! I'm currently on the lookout for a new server to join as staff. I'm looking for a community with an active, healthy player base where I can contribute long-term and help keep things running smoothly. A bit about me below.


About Me

• 28 years old, mature and level-headed
• Extensive experience moderating/administrating Minecraft servers
• Available near 24/7 — I can offer consistent coverage and fast response times
• Comfortable handling reports, disputes, and gray-area situations with fair judgment

Technical Experience

• Solid knowledge of plugin configuration, setup, and permissions
• Able to troubleshoot common plugin conflicts/issues
• Experienced using moderation/logging tools to track player behavior and back up actions taken

Communication

• I communicate primarily through text on Discord rather than voice chat (not comfortable on mic), but I'm responsive, clear, and easy to reach at all times
• This doesn't impact my ability to moderate effectively or work with the rest of the team

Accountability

• I keep records of actions taken (chat logs, screenshots, etc.) and can always provide evidence to justify bans or other moderation decisions

What I'm Looking For

• A staff position (ideally with admin-level permissions as trust is established)
• An active server with a genuine, engaged player base
• A team that values consistency and communication
