Introduction

Hello,
I'm an experienced Moderator who is looking for a server to moderate on. I have a passion for moderating and love interacting with the Minecraft community. I've played Minecraft for two years and it's going to be my third in january! I'm sort of new to MCM but I have meet quite a few amazing people.

Requirements

Please make sure your server meets these requirements. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)

Server is open/released.
Player-Base constantly 50+ players.
You do not advertise your server on other servers.
Unbiased higher staff.

First off I'm asking for the server to be open because I can't tell you how many times server's have told me this "No, don't worry! Our server is guaranteed 300 players when it releases!" It either shuts down or releases with not a soul online or dies the next week.

Player-base has to be 50+ constantly! Reason for this is this is I'm sick and tired of Moderating the trees, I'm not a farmer.

You do not advertise your server on other servers! I do not support and never will I support or help a server that is stealing another server's hard earned players.

Unbiased higher staff. Once again I'm sick of servers that are like "Hey, My friend just joined the server! You know what he is going to be on the staff and he never even applied! Oh and he can be Admin!" When we all worked months to get even Moderator!

Server

This is not a requirement but I'm sort of looking for a one of these gamemodes,HCF,Practice or Minigames. Those are gamemodes that I love moderating on and so that's where I'll be most effective.

Experience

I have a lot of experience of moderating and have enjoyed it quite a lot and that's why I'm seeking a server I enjoy. This is not all the experience as I have worked for a lot of servers that have not even had websites and just disappeared. The servers that there website was a book and quill, The old days.

(+)ZestyPvP:

This was a Kit-PvP server that never released. It was quite unique but it had a lot of problems in it. The problem was that it made a full staff team for a server that never released and it never got many players. The server shut down 3 months after I resigned. (I can get two staff members to vouch that I was apart of there staff team)
Mod>Sr.Mod>Revoked back to Mod> Resigned > Rejonined Mod > Resigned

(+)LYHME:

LYHME was not a Minecraft server but an Unturned network. I absolutely love this network! It had an amazing staff team and we all had a strong bond. It had around 300 players constantly divided up on the network. I resigned due to some real life issues and on top of that my computer was struggling to run the game. ( I can also get a bunch of staff to vouch for me)
Helper > Mod > Admin > Resigned

(+)Elixus Network:

Elixus I think is still up and running and they had kept the server under devolpment for around four months and I finally confronted them about it being crazy the amount of time we waited. Secondly the Owner was inactive and there trust in the staff team was terrible. They had got all upset when they found out another Owner had promoted me to Admin and then the website developer put me on suspension.(A website developer) There is a number of problems here that I can go on and on about.
Sr.Mod > Admin > Suspension > Resigned.

(+)InfusionMC:

So pretty much Infusion staff team had been swapped over to Elixus because the Owner owned both servers. Infusion was a HCF server and it was pretty neat and had a small player-base of around 15 players. It was quite fun Moderating on here and getting to know everyone!
Helper > Mod > Sr.Mod > Transfer to Elixus.

(+)LavishPvP:

LavishPvP was a factions server when everyone had a factions server and it had a player-base of around 15 players it was pretty unique but that player-base dropped quite quickly. I met some amazing people that I was friends with for a very long time. I resigned from here as I was getting bored of Minecraft and I had found LYHME.
Trial-Helper > Helper > Mod > Head-Mod.

(+)XeroHCF:

This was my first time being staff on a server posted on MCM. It was run by Cactus Gaming and I don't really remember how long it was up for. So what had happened was the server had bought files from another server that was closing down and the other server Owner kept asking for more and more money. Finally the Owner had payed them off and all was going well. Cactus Gaming had become very stressed over school and left pretty much before the release and the whole server staff and other Owner crumbled. He is now starting another server.
Mod > Admin > Staff Manager > Server closed

Why pick me?

I feel that you should pick me as I have a lot of experience in Moderating. I feel that I'm mature and professional and I would be a good example for your server. I understand the responsibilities that come with being a staff member and I'm able to uphold those responsibilities. I'm a quick learner and I'm able to adjust myself accordingly to fit your server commands and rules.
I have a lot of suggestions that I could give and ideas to benefit your server and make it more enjoyable for players.

I'm not going to work for a server I don't enjoy working on, unless I'm getting paid. I truly enjoy helping out communities by moderating their server. I have recently started doing a little bit of development but I'm still very basic, don't expect any plugins. I'm always trying to improve my moderating skills.
