Dear MC-Market,

Hello my name is Eric, my partner and I are working on a new server and we're ready to go ahead and start hiring. The Network as of now consists of Factions, Kit-PVP, and Skyblock is in the works as i write this thanks to our wonderful developer. We strive to make the Server as unique as possible and we won't stop until we do. Any of the server donations will be used to compensate some staff members and to improve our hardware. A little more about myself, I'm 18 from the US, I can fully fund the Network myself. I'm in College but i always find the time to work on the server. If you'd like to know more about myself or the server, don't hesitate to contact me.

[DESC]: Take care of any issues users may have, and of course get rid of the unwanted parasites.

[DESC]: You're the answer to all the questions! (We treat this as a Trial Mod, i'd like to develop and promote our own staff to keep a close knit staff team.)

**(As stated above i'd like to promote/develop our own staff members so the following positions will be filled ,as we go on and see how you all perform: Senior Moderator, Administrator, Community/Staff Manager. Outstanding applicants have the opportunity to be offered one of these positions as well based on your interview)**

- Briefly describe yourself: Hi, I'm 14 and I'm from the UK. I have recently finished my exams and found myself with quite a bit of time on my hands. So I tight I would come back and start playing Minecraft again. I am fairly experienced in IT but not so much in Java. I had to stop playing Minecraft for about a year due to my exams but now I am back and loving Minecraft as much as ever. I started playing Minecraft when I was 9 and have loved it ever since :)

- Daily #HRS Dedicated to server?: I am not currently active on your server but can consistently put in 15-20 hours a week :p with the exception of vacations.

- Skills: After being Moderator before on other servers, Imlearnt the best ways to handle toxic players, hackers, spammers etc and it has given me the experience to give me a head start on other servers. This would be why I would be a helpful moderator. I have also been helper on other servers and have helped the people who needed it. I am also a very approachable person so people would not hesitate to ask me for help.

- Past Experience: I was mod and helper on lots of pixelmon servers about a year ago but I had to resign due to more and more homework being pressed on me. Now I am back I would like to start helping out on servers again.

- Why would you like to work at Explit?: I would like to work here as this looks like it is going to be a fun, enjoyable server to play on and I would like to help make it better. I had a awesome experience and helped a lot of people when I was a Moderator before and would like to share my experience with Explit!

- (If applicable) Languages other than English?: Currently learning German

- Briefly describe yourself: I'm someone who loves to get involved in tight communities. It creates a sense of belonging and kindness for the people around you when you can express your ideas and make them happen. And that's precisely why I would like to become a member of this staff team. I am extremely professional when I am needed to be, but I can also fool around and just overall have a good time. I'm usually goofy but I am extremely serious about issues that challenge the server.

- Daily #HRS Dedicated to server?: I can dedicate 1-2 hours a day.

- Skills: I'm extremely good at working with people who aren't cooperative. I am persuasive, and I hyper focus. Meaning, when I start something, I usually get it done. I have been playing this game for 6 years, 3 on this account, and 3 on another. I extremely experienced in this game, and I know how to manage people and help users. I familiar with most basic plugins, and I am a fast learner.

- Past Experience: Like I said, I love to be involved in communities. I have been a Head-Admin on a large kitpvp server called enderkitpvp.us. From those 12 months of experience as Head-Admin, I've learned how to deal with hackers, how to screenshare, how to prevent hackers from coming, and how to create a non-toxic environment for players.

- Why would you like to work at Explit?: Helping servers start out is one of the most fun things to do. There is a certain satisfaction factor that you get when working on a server from the ground up. I believe that I can help Explit become a great network because of my years of experience and incredible attention to detail. I really enjoy working with cooperative staff and helpful owners because it allows servers to reach their full potential. This request form that you have posted clearly conveys your professionalism, and I would love to work with that. Also, a huge problem with many servers are abusive staff, and it's easy to become power hungry. I am exceptional at remaining within the margins of my position and understanding my role.

- (If applicable) Languages other than English?: I am currently taking Senior level classes for Spanish, so I am conversant but by no means fluent.

- Briefly describe yourself: I'm a pretty average guy out of upstate New York who spends way to much time sitting in front of his computer screen. I like a variety of games. Minecraft is one of my favorites which I've been playing since late 2011.

- Daily #HRS Dedicated to server?: I will be able to allocate roughly 2-6 hours each day.

- Skills: I am proficient with managing, configuring, and using a great variety of plugins and have extensive knowledge on how they operate. Additionally, I have enough common sense to determine if someone actually broke a rule, and what an appropriate punishment would be for their actions. Personally, I aim to prevent players from breaking the rules in the future without exaggerating the punishment. Of course, I am familiar with the most common commands used to hand out punishment, and can use them accordingly. I would also like to note that I can work well with any type of person. I am good at keeping my cool and staying professional when dealing with even the most obnoxious or relentless people.

- Past Experience: I have been playing minecraft for nearly 6 years now. Throughout this time, I have moderated, administrated, and developed many servers. Most of my experience comes from my own experimentation with minecraft servers, bukkit, spigot, bungeecord, and etc. Throughout the experimentation and development of different servers, I have gained a massive amount of experience and general knowledge about how things work, like bukkit, spigot, and a great variety of plugins. Along with this type of experience, I am also knowledgeable in most common moderation and administration duties, commands, and plugins. With the many hours I have dedicated to this game over the years, there are not many aspects of running and managing a minecraft server that I am not familiar with.

- Why would you like to work at Explit?: I've been searching for a professional feeling network to work for and I believe I would fit in very well at Explit. Given that (at least) one of the managing partners is 18 leads me to believe that this Network has some potential. Although the information supplied on the thread is rather limited, that alone is a decent indicator. The fact that you are not allowing people to apply for higher management positions but rather will promote from within based on performance is also a good sign. From what I've read and noticed so far, Explit seems like a professional Network to work for, and that is why I am applying here.

- (If applicable) Languages other than English?: I know some French, but am not fluent.
