FarRealms Looking for a manager

FarRealms looking for a dedicated manager.

Brief Description
FarRealms is a server which has been open the past five months and has built from the ground upwards we did not buy any servers we made them ourselves and have spent many hours in doing so. When we opened back in July we gained a player base of around 5-15 players but due to use always working and having very few moderators who stayed active we slowly had a decreasing player base and maintained at 0 by November. We have use all the generic server list a bump daily on planet Minecraft but seem ineffective. We believe this is due to the lack of staff and the lack of coordination.

What we need
FarRealms is seeking a talented individual who has many years experience in bringing servers player bases up who can work with us to "kickstart" FarRealm's again but this time have a team on talented moderators who will be around to support the players. (I try to support the players but I much rather work on the gamemodes and improve the servers content as thats what I do best) Moving on FarRealms has operated five months with only $50 in donations. This shows we are dedicated to this server and have spent our own money on this project. We currently run out servers on a vps along with our website. So we are seeking a individual who would be willing to pay money in to get money out.

What are the requirements ?
An individual who can be trusted with advertisement
An individual who can be trusted to manage a staff team.
An individual who can dedicate time to the server.
Someone who is motivated by the community.
Someone who is not trying to drain my wallet so they can pay someone to make them a server xD

What is offered in return ?
In return server profit will be accumulated by the individual who fits the role. % can be worked on. (Before you start losing it, I just want to point out that we are not seeking a company to manage our server we are looking for someone who can join our team and settle in and grow with us and stick with us and enjoy the benefits which come with this)
