Introduction
First and foremost... I owe you a small introduction. My name's Michael (or ItsTheDuuuude), and I'm the Owner and CEO for FluxRaids. I'm mainly a behind-the-scenes type of guy, however don't be surprised if you see me scouting around the forums here and there. You might know me from other servers I've worked with in the past, and overallI'm very happy to get this one rolling!
Server Features
The server features a brand new plugin called Kingdoms. Flux Raids also has a lot of key features. Custom Essentials messages, a custom help menu GUI, and custom plugins to make your Minecraft experience better. We also have a discord channel, complete with artwork for the server.
What Is Kingdoms?
Now what is Kingdoms? Kingdoms is a unique plugin that optimizes your Minecraft experience. Each user will have the chance to join or create, a kingdom. Each kingdom has its own set ranks. The king, or the owner of the kingdom, can choose who can place, build, or interact with mobs inside a set chuck. Another key feature about Kingdoms is that the more resources you get, the more Resource Points your kingdom will obtain. Resource Points are the currency of the game. These points can be used to buy turrets, upgrade your champion, and give you extra effects inside of your land. On top of all of this it has been worked on for months and without a doubt I can assure you that you have not seen this server anywhere else!

What We Look For?
Staff Image - It's important that staff maintain an air of responsibility and maturity.
Community activeness - Please try to spend at least thirty minutes a day on the server, and 30 minutes on the forums
Forums - Please be responsible in the forums, do not flame, insult, or belittle users on the forums. Only delete posts if they're inciting flame wars or are completely irrelevant in an important thread.
Player Assistance - If a player is asking for reasonable assistance that you can provide some or all of, do so, help them out. It's part of being a staff member, and helps everyone out.
Forums - Please be responsible in the forums, do not flame, insult, or belittle users on the forums. Only delete posts if they're inciting flame wars or are completely irrelevant in an important thread.
