I have been pointed towards MC-Market by recommendation. I am a Team Manager with a quality skill set and experience great for server management and community building as well as forum architecture developing.
I will include a detailed set of info about me but first I will state what I'm looking for.
Section 1 of 5; What I am seeking.

Section 2 of 5; Experience and Skill Set.
I am experienced with all aspects of community building and team management. I frequently led many projects in real life and in Minecraft.
I have a mindset and strategy that keeps players coming back for more every time they leave. Interesting server events & forum events build an engagement with the community and will tie them to your server. High quality player support & approval ratings is what I can bring to your server player side, but now I'll talk about my extensive team skills and how that will vastly improve your server.
There are three words of what I can bring to your team. Communication, Dedication, and Professionalism. Let's talk about each of them individually.
Communication
I plan on having seamless communication between staff and between staff and players. I will implement Skype for Staff Chatrooms and Discord/TS for Player Support. Easy and Fast communication has a big impact on teams and are one of the foundations of a team. Another part of communication I plan to bring, Manager to Player communication. I plan on releasing weekly updates to the server as well as announcing new updates or new events to keep players interested.
Dedication
Having a staff team that is dedicated to the server and enjoys it improves a team substantially. I personally seek out people who love the server and want to help it on the team. Dedication speeds up efficiency and morale within a staff team dramatically. It is just one of the things I will bring to a team.
Professionalism
As staff manager I pick people to be on the team who are professional and dedicated. However I am not someone who takes this too far. I am laid back and relaxed. I say my staff team should be professional but they should have fun. This is a volunteering service for them anyway. I also will sometimes accept people on the team who have little or no experience, you might ask why. I do this because often times they will be more dedicated and overall better staff. I will teach most new staff how to do certain things and how to act as a staff member. I promote a professional yet relaxed team.
My superior skill set and team skills will benefit you in all parts of the server.

- Developed and Finished*, such that all developing architecture is in place, no major bugs, forums set up, server released to the public, and buycraft fully developed.
- I will not develop the server for you, that isin't my job description.
- Substantial Player-base meaning such that, the lowest amount of players on at a certain time of the day is above 10.
