Free Plugin Development - Vouch Copies [∞]

Hello!
If you would like to receive a free plugin, just PM me or reply to this thread with your plugin idea, and I'll try to create it. I'm doing this to improve my plugin skills, so if you're coming to me for a "custom /msg plugin" please just leave this thread now. I don't really have any guarantee of finishing your plugin, but I can try to. I can use Java pretty well, I just don't know the Spigot API as much. I will not be creating configuration files as those are tedious to code. These plugins will be in 1.8.

NetherPortal Blocker.
Blocks the creation of nether portals.
Doesn't block the nether or any nether portals created just blocks any new ones from being made.
Doesn't need any permissions and no bypass permission needed
When you try to create a nether portal and it blocks it, This is the message it displays

Here's the colour codes for that.
