I work along side other administrators and the manager to make sure we are
recruiting the best staff possible.
FrozenRealms is a factions server hoping to expand to a large network of other games. We are already working with bungee cord and custom plugins. The server is live, however not open to public.
I am here today because I am requesting: Builders, Trainees and Administrators.
We are hiring 3 build managers ( FREE ) that will over look all building. These managers must also build regularly and must be able to put a lot of time into this project. Because of 3 managers, we will also be wanting a lot of builders. We want all of our build to be custom and detailed. The people in charge of the build team are administrator and can request things to be made.
The trainees are our lowest staff member rank. It is a month trial to see whether you are promoted to Jr.Mod. Even though I am head of recruitment, I, along with the Manager of the whole server, have the final decision of whether you are to be promoted or not. If you hand in your application and are accepted, you will receive a message on discord inviting you to an interview where I can get to know you further and see what you're like as a person. *Due to data protection, we will NOT be saving the interview.* After a month, you will take an End of Trial Test. If you pass, you are accepted to Jr.Mo. If not, you will be demoted and will have to wait another month to reapply. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO RE-WRITE AN APPLICATION, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO DO ANOTHER INTERVIEW.
Admin. Admin is a high tier staff rank given to the most trusted members. We will only be hiring 2 more Admins. You will not receive Admin straight away, and like trainees, you will be given the rank one down from yours for a month. So, you will be a sr.moderator for a month. This will be so we can test your management skills, moderation skills and your overall capability. Every Admin is in charge of a sub role and you will have to choose which one you would like if you're accepted.
