We’re a Minecraft server hosting company looking for a Community & Support Manager who actually understands Minecraft servers and enjoys helping people.

What you’ll do

• Help users on Discord, forums and Reddit (mostly in English)
• Troubleshoot issues with Minecraft servers & hosting (crashes, lag, configs, plugins/mods, etc.)
• Keep our community clean, friendly and active (moderation, basic server management)
• Turn common questions into FAQs/guides

You

• Have experience in support / community / moderation
• Know how Minecraft servers work (logs, TPS, plugins/mods, basic hosting concepts)
• Have managed or moderated Discord servers before
• Speak and write fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience with game/hosting support
• Reddit/forum moderation experience
