Group Manger prefixes not showing with essentials chat - help

I do /mangaddv Owner prefix [Owner] and nothing changes. And it is the same for all other groups.

Any idea on what I need to fix?

If you don’t like pex commands, (which I certainly don’t at times) you can use this plugin https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/groupmanager-commands-for-pex.33529/

I strongly suggest using pex, it will save you in the future. Luckperms my server used to use but we switched over to pex. Group manager is used by new servers who are new to configs, prefixes and suffixes.
