Help with Website UIX

Hello there MCM. Today I am willing to get someone to help me with uploading a UIX file to my web hosting managing. Also, the file came with an XML file. If I can get help with this I can give a vouch and a thread design [ any kind of GFX except server logo ]. Thank you very much and I wish I can get someone to help.
