Hiring Experienced Moderators & Management ■ CortexMC

CortexMC is hiring!

We're looking for experienced moderators and management members, to help create this server into a reality. More requirements below.

About Cortex:
CortexMC is a multi-gamemode (soon) network that will be released later in 2019!
Some of the gamemodes you should expect to see are:

Skyblock (first to release)
Classis Prison
OP Prison (possibly)
Many others to come!

Note: These gamemodes are not guaranteed to appear on our network, but they're ones that we hope to add in the future.

Management Requirements:
- 14 years of age or older.
- Working microphone.
- Previous experience in managing, and configuring in game plugins, features, permissions, etc
- Attend MOST of our staff meetings when required to do so.
- Be able to work well in groups.
- Be able to deal with staff/staff conflicts.
- Be able to provide a resumé (not required but highly recommended)
- Complete a voice/text interview.

Staff Requirements:
- 14 years of age or older.
- Working microphone.
- Previous experience in moderating, and staffing on other servers.
- Attend ALL staff meetings unless given a valid reason and permitted by management.
- Be able to work well with other staff members.
- Be able to deal with player/player conflicts.
- Complete a written application, and voice/text interview.

Unfortunately, no. As of now none of the positions are paid. This is due to the fact that we’re hiring people that we do not know. Therefor they should prove to us that they deserve to be paid by the quality of their work. For example if someone were to exceed what we expected, we will consider a paid position for that member.
