Hiring Staff | Server Not Open Yet. Still Under Construction

I'm soon opening a Factions server, and I need to find staff for it. The requirements are fairly simple.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 14 years of age.
- Must have been staff on a server at least one time before. (Minimal experience)
- Provide proof of you being staff before.
- Own a microphone.
- Have Team Speak downloaded.
- Have an account on Discord.
- You must know how to Screen Share (know how to find vape, etc.)
- Be active.
- Be mature, kind and understanding towards players.
