Got banned after asking some basic stuff.
They are not able to provide me with an IP of their EU location and the EU MC server is in America.
After asking why they claim that they own their hardware without being able to show any proof I got banned.
Also, this company does not seem to be registered at all, paying VAT is also a lie then.
If you are really colocating how about showing us a proof here in the thread? An IP for example?

No we didn't, we found a way that we could reduce our costs so that the two of us can fund it. If someone still wants to invest they can though.
