I have some plugins I had made from a few devs on but they've all stepped aside with personal stuff.
I need to find someone I can work with to start/continue development on a handful of projects.

I would very much prefer you to be located in the USA. My timezone is EST.
You should be active but as said before but we can work out time.
The server is planned to be big. The server will include gamemodes such as KitPvP, Survival, Skyblock, and a custom Bridge game (already made). I'm also planning to host events people can join to win IRL money.
The server is funded by donations and my job.
The server version is Bungeecord 1.8 - 1.6 currently.
Bungeecord - 1.16
All of the other servers are Spigot - 1.8.8
If you do work for me I'll set your rank up and send you the ip.
You will be paid per project for small and medium plugins and you will be paid hourly per big plugin. You can choose a program to track your progress.
You need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience. You should know how to make spigot and bungeecord plugins and know how to work with MySQL.
**Not necessary but if you know how to make custom anticheats let me know (or refer me to someone).
I prefer getting the source code after each plugin is made
I am not that great at coding and struggle to learn as I am juggling many things too.
Even after the plugins are finished I will of course need a developer for the long run but there won't be a rush of plugins needing to be done after that. Perhaps some will need fixing or changing. After we are done with the plugins (or while you make them) we can add and or fix and or change some other plugins around. I do have the source for all of my custom plugins so if you need those, they can be provided.
Not sure if it matters but I have a Youtube channel with over 5,000 Subscribers. I do have big plans to promote the server and I'm hoping you can tag along with me on the journey
