Greetings!

We at KadotaTech Hosting are currently looking for anyone interested in applying to become a Staff Member of our company. Currently, we are accepting volunteers only. We currently have the following positions open:
  • Customer Support Representative - Our Customer Support Reps are very important as they are the ones whom will be interacting with customers via our Live Chat, our Billing Area, and our Discord server. As a Customer Support Rep, we require that you have a basic knowledge and some experience and understanding on how to troubleshoot a Minecraft server or Garry's Mod server. If the Customer Support Rep cannot resolve the issue they refer them to a Tech Support Representative for the specific Department.
  • Tech Support Representative - Our Tech Support Reps are responsible for fixing an issue with the server if our Customer Support cannot help the customer resolve the issue themselves. Our Tech Support Reps also have access to the servers and the server files, they are able to fix the issue with the server for the customer if they cannot resolve the issue themselves. Tech Support Reps also have access to manage accounts for customers if they have an issue with their account that needs to be resolved or to authorize changes to a customers account being that Customer Support Reps do not have access to view Security PINs.
As a Staff Member of KadotaTech Hosting, you also get access to our Staff Discount Program, which we set discounts each month for our Staff Members to use to get a service through us as well.

We are currently looking for those that want to volunteer only at this time. We have an Age Limit of at least 14 years of age or older.

Our Age Limit is currently 15, but we do make exceptions if we feel one is very mature and that they would make a great addition to the team, so if you are under 15 it is not unlikely that you'd get approved.

We have recently made changes to our Age Requirement Policy, requiring that we have an age limit where a staff applicant must be at least 14 years of age before we can approve the application. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in your application being denied. The same applies to those that lie about their age.

I understand the need for an age limit, but would lenience be able to be applied towards those who are able to prove maturity? For example, I'm 13, however I am mature and I think well suited for a Customer Support Representative position.
