LaneMC - Looking For Staff [Skyblock] [OP-Factions] [HCF]

Basic Info
Hello! I am the founder of LaneMC I want to talk to you guys about my new network. We have a various amount of gamemodes to offer to new players such as op-factions, skyblock, hcf, and many more coming soon. But one thing we really like to take pride in is the new gamemode that we are currently working on called CrystalPvP which will be a gamemode that you have never seen before. We are looking for staff has we need help to make sure everyone is following the rules and enjoying their stay! To apply just simply go to the website and there will be a tab called apply!

What makes our server different
As I stated in the basic info we are currently working on a custom gamemode that we believe has never been done before called CrystalPvP. I don't want to give away too much info on it, but it will be a new type of pvp that will change the game!

I am considering applying for this server, but I am very unfamiliar with HCF. I will keep this in mind though.

You shouldn't look for some random strangers to become staff members on your server. The best staff are the ones who use to be players and then played on your server for a decent/long amount of time and later on decided to apply then got a staff position.. or you could recruit those with high levels of experience too.

Thanks for the suggestion! But, with this new Network I am partnered with a few others and we are trying a new way with the staff. One being that we are only allowing people of the age 15 or up and the time played on the server will also be a factor with some other questions to better get to know them.[DOUBLEPOST=1502308185][/DOUBLEPOST]

You can always apply as our trainee, helper, and mod rank are all global ranks. So, if you wish to play on one gamemode more then the other that will be okay! Also we will be having normal factions up and running soon with hopefully a mini game such has skywars or survival games.
