Looking for a Dedicated Plugin Dev to Make a Private Plugin 100% FREE!

Hello! Recently I have been working on a server of mine (it's not out yet), and I have run into a few minor setbacks. I have found some few things that I do not like in the Factions plugin. Is there any way someone can make me a custom Factions add-on that adds groups of factions (e.g. you could link factions named for example, Mysterium01, then Mysterium02, then Mysterium03, and so on, and you could do something like /f groups). Then it would show a list of that group, and you could click on a specific group and it would list through best to worst like /f top but for that group only (e.g. /f grouptop {Group_Name_Here}). Another thing is a brag system so if you had a certain permission, then you could type [brag] in chat, and it would have a little button that would say "{PLAYER NAME}'s Inventory" and you could click it and see their inventory, kinda like CosmicPvP, and it had a configurable cooldown so players couldn't spam it in chat. One last thing would be if there was some kind of custom lottery, like CosmicPvP's old one, where you can do /lottery buy and buy a ticket for something like 10k (editable in config.yml) and then whoever buys the most has the biggest chances to win a random (decent sized) sum of money. It would also be kinda cool if you could add a custom kit/rank system, too!

The permissions for creating faction groups could be something like the following: customfactions.group.create
The permissions for "inventory bragging" could be something like the following: customfactions.chat.brag
The permissions to start a lottery could be something like the following: customfactions.lottery.start
The permissions to set a lottery's rewards could be something like the following: customfactions.lottery.set.rewards
The permissions to draw a lottery ticket could be something like the following: customfactions.lottery.draw
The permissions to start a lottery could be something like the following: customfactions.lottery.start

1. I saw this idea of factions groups float about a bit and it's a trash idea.

2. The [brag] feature is already a free plugin.
3. No one is going to make a free lottery plugin for you. What's wrong with the free existing lottery plugin?

What features don't you like about factions?

I love it, but some features like the /f setmod and /f leader things should be done just with /f title and faction permissions, in my opinion.
