Looking for a staff position, I have previous staff experience.

About me. ​

Hello!
I am 14 years old almost 15 and my name is Alexander, I live in sweden and I love to play minecraft, I have been staff on multiple minecraft servers with a active playerbase about 30-100 players, I know it might not be the best and biggest servers but everyone gotta start somewhere! I have gotten much experience from being staff on these servers and I have learned how to better deal with certain situations like dealing with hard situations, stressful situations and stuff like that, I have also learned how to use most staff commands and how to help players in the best way.

Past experience.​

I have been staff on about 5 minecraft servers and I have learned a lot. These servers has mainly been Survival, Factions and Skyblock.

The survival server had about 1.6k members in their discord and a active player base with about 40-100 players. My position on this server was Moderator, I was staff on there for about 4 months before quitting because I had to focus on school.

The Faction servers had about 2k members in their discord with a active player base on the server with about 30-90 players and my position on there was Sr.Mod, the reason for me quitting was due to the owner not being respectful and not being fair against players ot staff, I was satff on here for about 2 months.

The skyblock server had about 1k in their discord with a active player base with about 10-20 players, my position was Admin and I was staff for about 3 months before leaving the staff team due to the server not having enough founds and the server had to shut down.

These are 3 of the biggest servers I have been staff on, not the biggest but like I said, everyone gotta start somewhere and I have gotten great experience from this and I look forward to learn new things.

Why me?​

Because I am a dedicated person who always finish the task I am given , I am a fast learner and I'm always respectful and mature and I always listen to other staff members/higher ups. I am also a nice guy and like to joke around overall but I am very serious when needed, I am active on both discord and minecraft for about 2-5 hours a day depending on school and sports.

I do not need payment.​

The feedback I'd give is that this application is quite thrown together. Although punctuation is not always necessarily a factor that is included during a hiring process, but it is seen upon as professional. I'd probably go back and read it all to make brush up on some punctuation mistakes, correctly capitalized words, and misspelt words, like "becuase".

In addition, the "Why Me?" section could definitely use some more work. Listening to higher-ups is not really a character trait, unless you see it as being "obedient" but obviously anybody that will be joining a team should have that characteristic.

The objective of an "Offering" application is to stand out from the others, so what makes you better than the other applicants that might be applying directly to the server, and the other threads that are posted on here.

Providing proof of moderation would also be a bonus like Deleted User 236160 said.

I don't mind at all, the faction server Is called cursedclouds and their discord server has now dropped to around 1k. I have picture proof of this is needed.


The Survival server Is called Bluemoon and has about 1.6k member. I have picture proof of this is needed.


Sadly I dont have proof of the skyblock server since it had to shutdown due to not having enough founds.
