Looking for Co-Owner/Partner | Event server, with MANY custom gamemode ideas. PLEASE READ.

I've been working my server AlphaLands for over 2 years now. ​

I have had MANY good ideas, to keep the server active, engaged and succeed, but I am struggling with 1 thing, funds.

I am looking for someone that would be willing to be a co-owner/partner for my server.
Here is my ideas for gamemodes below:

Classic Gamemodes:​

- KitPvP

• Survival
• Prison
• Skyblock
• Minigames
• Event
• UHC
• Practice

Unique Gamemodes:​

• Building Gamemode
• Tycoon
• Arcade Games
• Space Exploration
• Island Survival
• SMP, with quests, storyline, live events, exploration
• Escape Room
• City Building
• Tower Defense

• Racing
• Training

and many more ideas that would be the most unique and interesting gamemodes ever seen.

I have talked to many developers, trying to understand how much this would actually cost and the price is very up there. I am looking for someone to assist in coding/finding developers etc.

Best of luck finding someone whos willing to help. I've seen quotes from developers of my custom gamemode and it can be quite expensive.

but yeah, custom gamemodes are crazy expensive... if they were easy to do everyone would have their own crazy gamemode ideas on their server lol... And they dont always work, while yes, an idk galaxy mmorpg server its very very cool not many people would play it
