Looking for partner in crime for SMP server

I’m looking for a solid partner in crime to help co-own and run an SMP with me. I’m 24, pretty chill, and I’ve run plenty of servers before, so I know my way around the space.

I’m not trying to build the next Hypixel or anything crazy. The goal is to build a clean, fun SMP with a strong core community and keep around 50 active players consistently. Nothing overhyped, just something done right. The server is fully set up and ready to go. Trailer is already done, advertisement videos are being made, and at this point it just needs some final testing, polishing, and solid management to push it live properly.

About me:

• Been around the Minecraft server scene for a while
• Know server setup/management well
• Pretty laid back and easy to work with
• Working on the RuneHaven SMP project
• I’m a master grower IRL so sometimes my time gets a bit tight, but I’m almost always around to put time in daily

What I’m looking for:

• Someone chill but reliable
• Has some server/SMP experience
• Good communication
• Down for the long-term grind
• Can help carry some of the workload (dev, management, marketing,we can split based on strengths)
