Looking for some volunteers to help out with a Big Server Project (Administrator, Developer)

Hey there, I'm TailiMTO. I don't want to stretch this one out a lot.

Im looking for some Volunteers to help me our with a massive upcoming Minecraft Server called MineTube. We are about 2-3 weeks away from launching. I need some help with the last steps and more good ideas! We have 2 gamemodes: Survival & Lifesteal so far! (+Lobby)

I'm offering a Administrator or Developer possition (any others are also open), we are just getting a new staff team right now (Updated: Right now we have 8 staff members). Looking for someone ideally with server management, plugin configuration skills etc. A general understanding of how to run and work on a Minecraft Server Project.

(Update We are now working on finishing and finalizing the Minecraft Server and slowly working on the Server Website and Store. Will need some people that understand this topic (website/store setup and configuration)
