Could you make me a plugin where when someone says a word (which is in the config) it doesn't let the player say it and instead says a message to them (which can be configured in the config). So like, lets say I say "lag", when I enter that in the chat, the plugin will not allow you to say it and will say something like "This word is not allowed". The one perm node should be CB.bypass and the plugin name should be CoreBlocked.

It refers more to the amount of reputation a user has, and RoaringIron is a bit on the low side.
I'm not trying to take your vouch copy, I am too.
Do not judge a member's legitimacy by their ratings, look for the number of positive reviews from completed sales, which are usually on their profile. Ratings can be easily faked, or achieved through means other than making sales.

True, you have a few, but I would recommend someone with more than eight vouches. Not to mention the de-vouch.

You would just complete the service for free, and have them leave a review afterwards.
