I am Jasper, or as you guys know me DutchSmash. I am a 17 years old student and looking for a new type of experience. I will begin with a little story about myself and what i am doing.
My Story.
What i did in the past is quite simple, i am a computer nerd, when i was 7 i started sitting behind my IBM laptop which was having Windows XP. I started playing Habbo and small games on dutch gaming platforms such as www.spele.nl or something like that. When I was around 12 and my friends were also starting to play behind their PC or console, i discovered the game Minecraft. i was playing with my bro for about 1 year in a Lan game or single player. After that i did have a lot of knowledge about Minecraft to begin with the multiplayer world. Started with an old server which was from The Netherlands and did have a lot of players (for that time, 40-120). They were friendly and it was just survival. After a few months playing it i got bored because i got everything and i did found some friends on other big servers. Started playing with them for a while. After that, i was playing Pika-Network when i was 14 year or 15 years old (old Titancore-network owner). It was an OPFactions server or a factions server. After a couple of months i started making an application on pika-network with a lot of knowledge on that server and how things work there. I was accepted by Dream_theater and other staff members and i started growing fast and fast, in about 1 month i was a moderator, as they said i had the experience to be a moderator. 2 or 3 months later i was an administrator. After being an administrator for almost 7/8 months they where about to make me manager, i said for a long time "I do not want head-admin/manager" but i still did get it since they trust me and needed someone. Now after being a manager for 2/3 weeks i started feeling bored and some people (higher ups) where in my opinion not doing there job good enough and i started making arguments and discussions with them. at a moment i taught, why am i still here? i have already a lot of experience on this server and build a trust with a lot of people. the discussions couldn't i win because of the dictatorship with the owner & another manager. So i said, okay this is the end for me now and i left.
Looking forward.
To be looking forward i do not have much time to spend on another network with such a lot of time with my new school. I almost have a lot of things to do and i am starting driving lessons. i am still willing to help servers, but they have to be an good quality and be going with a good aspect on Minecraft. which is; EULA agreement, Owner who is willing to let me help him good and building a trust with him, someone who is willing to pay for developer and making there servers better with good people, discussions and agreements of both sides on new staff (including higher ones). As my old player base is/was the highest cracked server on the market with a player base of 2,2k until 2,5k players online.

- What do i like on Minecraft?
I do most likely helping people with there issues or playing on factions / skyblock servers. I am more up to helping people than playing game modes, the reason is simple to avoid abusing or to avoid being not helpful to the people.
- All your experience;
thats quite simple; 2 times of my not successful ownership of my own servers and Pika-Network. 2 times when i created my own servers; where having my friends and some people such as 2-5 people. No donations etc.
My experience is a lot- Essentials knowledge (commands / config files) (85% of knowledge of all)
- Pex permissions (commands) (15% of knowledge of all)
- Basic commands in game. (commands) (75% of knowledge of all)
- Bungeecord (commands) (30% of knowledge of all)
- A lot more, but i am still learning on the new futures of the new upcoming plugins such as other permission plugins.
- Xenforo, giving ranks and building forums. (no installing) (40% of knowledge of all)
- Teamspeak Permissions / Setup (no installing on VPS / Dedi) (43% of knowledge of all)
- On what servers do you want to work?
i like to work on all kind of servers, but the one what i do not like because there are to many are Hard core factions. I would like to be on it but i do not get how it works 100% these servers i know what they do and what they describe;- Skyblock servers.
- Faction servers.
- Kit-PvP servers.
- Survival Servers.
- Practice servers (ScreenShare 40% of knowledge)
- Aarde games (such as Skywars and Eggwars)
- A lot more of game modes, but do not game up with it right now.
- What are you weaknesses?
My weaknesses are;- English
- a Discusion what isn't fair or because he is higher to accept it.

- What are you strengths?
My strengths are;- No Favoritism (When i know friends or people i wait longer to promote them, because otherwise the community will know there is favoritism and there is no way to promote him so fast even with that experience.)

- an staff system what we use / used on Pika-Network. (outdated; from 2015 - begin 2016).
- taking care of support tickets & staff applications.

- How many time do you have every day?
thats simple, i have a lot of time but i have also homework and travel time to home from school. I will make the time each day as 2 hours -/+. In the weekends i am more often online if there are no football matches or i have nothing to do.
- What are you doing beside Minecraft?
i am taking care of my knowledge and try to bring it up, i am liking things of my PC the most, i am still learning coding. These codings are not Java or anything to code a plugin they are most like for websites; PHP, HTML(5) or CSS(6) . You could find that on my websites;- www.jasperstolwijk.nl (dutch)

i like building experience, its always fine when someone wants to pay me, but i am not asking to pay me. Its up to you. my experience will stay the same.
