blue block builds (a new build team.) Needs staff....
Do you enjoy building. Do you enjoy building on servers! well we are hiring recruits to help make builds for servers. Most builds will be free but if they are really big they will be paid for. and the money split among the builders. we are just starting today. i got the website set up so. if your good enough welcome to the team. if your application looks good you will get a trial build to show your stuff.
Well here's the website link http://blue-block-mc-building.webnode.com/ you can find the appeal there or just click here https://goo.gl/forms/YT9csZvT9vtLnelw2

Hey man, this is simply just something I will tell you nicely before people come and post it more harshly.

99% of the builders on this website do not build for free. Builders work hard to create things for a passion, but at the same time, its not common in life to devote a lot of time/effort and get nothing back in return.
Altough I wish you the best of luck, free builders will be very difficult to find on this website.

Best of luck,
Flicks | Minecript Manager
Um actually see the website for full details. Only certain types of builds are free. anything that takes over a week and a half is 5 bucks. and over a month is 10-20 like i said see the website. http://blue-block-mc-building.webnode.com/

I recommend paying your builders as well as linking your website and adding a portfolio to previously built things.[DOUBLEPOST=1479159890][/DOUBLEPOST]
I also recommend adding more details on the website to make it more professional, it looks as though you just bought a $1 domain and used a free template to write a paragraph :p
He is right. Business is key. Not showing your project/website/any of your ownership towards anything won't bring in potential buyers/builders.

If you do not have the funds right now I would recommend saving your money until you have reached your goal amount. Then after that process I recommend purchasing a nice website and hiring a good build team so in the end your company looks clean and professional.
my goal isn't money. its to build

I live
He didnt say your goal was money?

He is saying, if you want people to take your service seriously, then save your money until you can create a serious professional website.
But if you are okay with your website, then that is fine.
have you seen the website? Its fine. it is straight to the point. Listen. If people wanna come and make a build team with me. let them.

How big is your team right now? This is a marketplace, most people are looking to make money, so its hard to convince people to join free build teams
my build team is of 3...and yeah this is that guy you doubted....Already got my first Job. an exhalant builder within 2 days
