Need hosting - Anarchy minecraft server

Heya! I recently started a small anarchy server which has a couple members, though growing.
I am currently running it on a digital ocean VPS though it is unable to handle many players at once, especially considering users are loading a high amount of new chuncks every minute. That's not even counting the insane lavacasts.

If someone would be kind enough to offer hosting for free, it'd be greatly appreciated. I wouldn't mind putting some sort of ad in the server to promote the host, but any forms of payment other then money could be negotiated.

If your still looking I would be open to discussing options with you, but keep in mind almost any host is going to have lag when you first release as high amounts of players loading chunks always puts high demand on your host.
