NEW SERVER needs Full Staff

Hi guys,
So i got this new cool server - but I need someone that will guide me and kind of co-own it with me, i will handle the installation of the plugins (as is through apex) I need ideas and way we can elevate the quality of the server - we can work to expand - slime fun, chest shop, Essentials are already in the server
Need:
Experience with hackers, plugins, willing to take initiative to make it cooler and funnier
