I dont know exactly how many people im going to need to do this so i will list qualifications for each role and what/who will be doing what.
(Team) Developers: I will need developers who are familiar with kitpvp plugins and permissions ex who can set up classes easily. I need devs who know theyre way around warping and death plugins. Ex. player is in floor 1 and runs off the edge, after about 10 block fall he is tp'd back to the floor 1, possibly with less money due to the "death" (note: i dont want them to fall into the void or keep inv or anything like that ). If you have custom plugins/ can create custom plugins to help me message me on skype (very bottom). I need you to, with addition to that up at the top, make it where each area the player enters is displayed in their screen. (ex. boss area, floor 1, dungeon raid etc.) I need people who can program npc's with quests that will help the player advance to the next tier of power/floor. I will also need you to be able to code boss battles. Ex. Player enters and 5 monsters and the boss spawns, every 2mins the minions respawn and when the monster gets to below half health it spawns another 5 ( so 10 now ). The boss should be standing in the middle and once you accept the challenge you re-spawn in the back of the room and and the boss fight starts. ( YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO BOSS BATTLES WITH A GUILD/FACTION ) I believe that is it for now, i might need some more things in the future. ( note: i would like their to be a leveling system so as the player kill more monsters and gain xp they can level up strength, stamina, speed etc.)
( Team ) Idea Makers: Your main objective is to come up with ideas on how to make certain levels harder/easier and maybe on what some of the boss rooms/ floor designs will have in them. As well as gear and potions. Ex. Player has a strength 3 pot and a Regen 2 pot with armour that has prot four and maybe you want to see how well a speed pot would work in the current floor.
Team Testers: Test the overall levels and boss fights, make sure their not to hard and not too easy. ( exceptions apply ) As well as beta test the floors and bosses, find glitches, code malfunctions, bad quests, and many other game impleted things.
Team Builders: Your job as builders will be too design and create all the floors, dungeons, raid rooms, special raid quests, and boss rooms. You will choose the themes for each of these and how each one will operate with boss room locations and how each one will look and feel. It will be your job to make sure whatever floor your working on is detailed enough that you would feel confident in it no matter what any player should say. I NEED VERY SKILLED BUILDERS!! Available plugins can be downloaded to help you or your team build whatever it is you need to be able to build the floor! You need to be able to use worldedit and voxel at the very least. You will not be able to just //copy , //rotate and //paste! The Floors will all need to be different and they should not just be a mirror image of another section of the map.
Topic- Pay Values:
-Team Tester and Team Idea will not get any payment, however they will be credited with the creation and upon release will be given op weapons only given to donators.
-Team Builder will have groups and teams, both groups and teams will get 3% of donations per team.
-Team Developers will have 15% of the donations that come in too the servers to split up between each other. Whichever dev does the MOST will get part of the 15% plus an extra 3% add on. If you are a team this will still carry over as your whole team gets the 3%.
- I will not be using the money for myself at any point in the future. It will be used for keeping the server up and adding on more people and servers to help with expansion packs ( expansion servers )
-You will Start to get your payment when the server opens and we start to get donations.

- The server is a 1gb server ( for now ) with unlimited player slots.
- Server ip will be given once you tell me which position you want and what you can do in that position.
Topic- Discussion and groups:
- All teams and groups will be decided in either skype or discord. I am going to give my skype on here directly and then the discord as well. Teams that have alot of building/dev experience together need to pick a team leader or a commander of some sort.
Topic- Credit and Youtube/Recording:
- Record all you want, in fact i want you to record it if at all possible. Any timelapse or stream of the server is fine as long as you dont show the ip ( until it opens )
- All Devs will be displayed and given credit on the intro wall
- All builders/ build teams will be given credit per floor/boss/dungeon area
- Idea makers will be given a credit as well for the creations.
- Testers will have a seperate section for beta-testers giving them credit
