Read my website and you will get specifics about my "guarantees"No hate or anything but:
1. I don't suggest "ensuring" customers success because that can be used against you.
2. Same thing with "longterm support" because that can be considered to be up to a year worth of support which I can guarantee you won't want to do.
3. The worst idea is to run a business like this considering you need advertisements for a server which in most cases need funding and the server will need a good amount of donations for you to get anywhere near making a good amount of money.
But overall, once again this isn't to hate. But GLWS or getting servers I guess.
When we say we ensure their success we generally mean in finding a quality setup provider. We do, however, give our clients the highest likely-hood of success due to our vested interest. Compare this to setup providers who take everything up front who have no reason to help their clients succeed. I would prefer we continue this conversation in PMs so we aren't spamming. But on your thread it says your ensuring someone's success.
Sometimes you have to take risks in business. Our terms protect our right to use whatever legal means necessary to enforce our terms.Regardless of the large payment if you get one or not, people can still run away with the files which will leave you with nothing.
No, its not a contract. Its a terms of service which is legally standing. Aside from that, your right legal action is unlikely, but there is a high chance of you being banned from Mc-Market due to a scam report in the event of a scam. You also give us the right to attempt to stop your un-permitted use of our product.Oh so then you should mention a contract must be signed. Meaning they need to be 18 years of age or have a parent/guardian. I mean even if they did steal the files and runoff, it's obvious that you actually taking legal action is very low especially considering you have to hire a lawyer and everything just for a factions setup (for example).
Think about it lol. We offer up front payments that are quite cheap as well for people who prefer that. We just like to emphasis our view that anyone should be able to start a server even with no experience or budget and that is why we have special financing. How would you physically stop them from using the files other than reporting it to Mojang which can take a long time to get a response and they might even not do anything about it. Most of the people you'll work with from MC-M that are gonna use this service won't care if they get banned. The people who care are the ones with highly reputable and in most cases, they'd know that giving someone a percent of income isn't the best way to go compared to spending $50 upfront for a good enough server to run.
This looks pretty interesting but you have to consider that there are A LOT of kids & people that don't know what they are doing in this community. I like your idea but you are going to end up wasting your time if you continue with this. I get that you are trying to be unique but even if you put some TOS, people don't actually care about the TOS, they don't actually follow it. Have you seen how many people leak plugins/resources on leaking sites? They all violate TOS every day. You cannot ensure their success from making a good setup. A server success depends on not only the setup but advertising.
I am not relying on their morality. We have the systems in place to enforce this. Of course it also relies on advertisement. We will see how it works in a few months. This looks pretty interesting but you have to consider that there are A LOT of kids & people that don't know what they are doing in this community. I would advise you to turn this in a normal setup business with low prices![]()
I'm not marketing to $0 budgets. We're marketing to all budgets. If you have a high budget we do upfront payment setups as well and if you have a small budget around $50 total for your entire server that's fine as well. We don't expect $0 budgets that unlikely. You need a budget to make a server. You cannot make a server with $0. You need a host to host it unless you choose a free host which is the very unrecommended same thing with a domain. Your right you don't need experience but you need at least a $10-20 budget just to do something good with a small playerbase and community. Like said by AlanLorder354562 your gonna waste your time doing this.
It depends on the contract, but that won't necessarily hold up. Especially if they make you set it up outside of the server, and just send the files over, then you have no clue where it is accessed from.Sometimes you have to take risks in business. "By violating any of the Billing Terms, you automatically agree to terminate the license, and you must destroy any purchased services; whether in digital or printed format and the rights to property already developed are redirected towards us. This also in tales our right to pursue access to these rights through any means necessary."
