All resources, plugins, source code, and related materials created or provided by me (the Developer) remain the exclusive intellectual property and ownership of the Developer unless a separate written and mutually signed agreement states otherwise.- The client or requesting party is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource for personal or server-specific purposes only.
- Redistribution, resale, modification, sublicensing, or public re-uploading of any resource or derivative work is strictly prohibited without the Developer’s explicit written consent.
