Hi i'm colramaz.
I'm a 25 years old guy from Italy (CET).


I offer myself as a manager, resource manager or admin for any kind of server or studios that contacts me.​

My experiences:​

- CERTIFIED FREELANCER in more than 7 international studios (see Premier Studios, Arcane Studios and many others..).

I can provide several proofs and reviews from a variety of clients who will prove that I am able to assist a client in a very professional way.

- CO-OWNER of an italian minecraft server (about 40 players daily).

- MANAGER in a Minecraft news channel of over 2000 members with daily sponsorships.​

What to expect from me?​

- Good knowledge of English.

- Experience in support, working in a team and respecting the chain of command.

- Ability to deal with annoying clients/players and/or people trying to get support by buying leaked products.

- log in on discord daily checking chats, logs and everything related to my position.

- Daily slices of time made exclusively for you.

- Open to dialogue and to discuss everything needed in telegram/whatsapp daily. I'm open to talk!

I'd just like to provide some feedback for this thread. You say, at the bottom, that you would only consider paid positions. In my opinion, in order to achieve a paid position you would have to have a full resume. I work with a plethora of managers and have worked with more. I'd say 99% of them had resumes either on their own custom website, card or a google document (any is sufficient). And from my perspective, I would never hire someone let alone pay them if the resume they provided was a full bullet points on BBB. I'd strongly recommend, in the most respectful way possible, on getting yourself a resume that you can hand to people for paid positions.

Furthermore, in order to actually achieve paid positions you would need to have experience, a good reputation etc. because you are asking server owners to trust you with their money. Also, they want their money to be spent on something that is worth just that. I think you have a lot of potential for the future. I'd recommend offering vouch copies or alike in order to gain a reputation and then maybe only offer commissioned services.

I appreciate your advice and will definitely take it into account, but several people have already contacted me.
I have seen far worse ads that have been successful.

I don't understand what makes you think i have no experience given my references, but i'll let it go.
