There are stuff that need to be done in order to make it look good, function well, etc., but if enough dedication and hard work is put, this could be a passive income machine - just imagine CS:GO Gambling sites paying you money every week just to have their ads placed on the site. You could also make different paid ranks/tiers, etc.

Guys, first of all sorry for the inconvenience. I found something that I wanna do with the site, so I decided not to sell it, BUT if you really, really want to buy it, I'm gonna set the BIN from $40 to $75 - not that much on the cheap side anymore, still more like average though, if you think about it. I'm also going to stop the bidding. So you're gonna have to pay that fixed price. My initial intentions aren't to resell it, because I found something that may work really well, but if you still want to buy it, feel free to contact me anytime during the next 2 weeks. After that time period, the offer would probably go down as I would have started working on it. I'm going to edit this thread after this message has been posted.
