Hey, I own a new server PixumPVP Towny (play.pixumpvp.com) We average around 15 players since we're new but were looking to seriously expand and we have a decent budget! Only serious people who know what they're doing will be accepted. I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYONE THAT WORKS FOR ANOTHER SERVER OR IS STARTING THEIR OWN. I need activity and efficiency. I want dedication and not for you to just sit around and do stuff whenever you feel like it or have spare time. Here's the current position list and it would be updated regularly!
So far we're looking for: (if you're looking to get paid I need proof of experience! [I wouldn't mind working for free though

Developer (Configuring plugins and adding new ones along with bug fixes, NOT NECESSARILY JAVA CODING)
Marketing/Advertising Manager (Gets in touch with streamers and arranges appropriate deals based on the advertising budget, takes care of all server advertising needs and is responsible for the flow of players! NOT INTERESTED IN DISCORD ADS!)
Graphics Designer (For ads & flyers, along with "bannerboard" designs)
Gameplay Designer (Fancy text, holograms, setting up command tutorial areas with bannerboard, and placing npcs around the spawn appropriately to make gameplay more enjoyable)
All jobs must be able to work asynchronously and within a team! If you take forever to respond, or don't do anything, you will be fired!
