If you're wondering about payment - Youtubers will have a price set on their videos after discussion and review of their channel, we're not sure about staff yet, but after the server goes out of beta and we see how its doing financially, we will talk about the pay for specific staff members (This will be decided by the staff member's activity, effort,..)
